When you've got a product or a service, are you really clear about how to talk about it? If you can't say it in a really, really simple way, then you are not clear about your product or service—and, crucially, your audience won't be either.
If you struggle to explain what it is, they will struggle to understand what you offer.
A really clear offer is something you understand, you get it, you feel it, and you know it's the best thing. When you have that level of internal clarity and love for what you do, you are going to be more confident telling somebody about it because it's like a part of you.
On the other hand, if you are 'winging it,' your lack of confidence will show up in your gestures, your voice tone, and your body language. And your audience will absolutely pick up on that feeling.
So, if you know and love what you're selling, it's time for a reality check. Run it past yourself, or—if you have one spare—explain it to a 10-year-old and see what their reaction is!
Be really honest: if you don't get your offer, or you don't fully understand what you're offering or how you're offering it, then you need to have a little tweak.
The conversations you have about that product and service will be understood when you know it back to front, inside out.
Your Little Mission:
Write down your offer using this simple, powerful structure:
I help [who] with [what] so they get [a result].
